History:
The being known as the Traveller has been causing significant difficulty to the Society for several years, now. Initially discovered in KT 85693, the Traveller was apprehended while for interfering with an honest business, by attempting to incite revolution amongst the workers of Universal Storage Systems' largest warehouse, as well as violating decency codes, by engaging in lewd acts, and remaining exposing himself. Within a matter of hours, he had run from the Society's security forces, by destroying his current shell, that of a male dragon, and inhabitting the body of a secretary who went by the name Stefanie Mizuki. The Traveller has shown no signs of regret, and has in fact treated the new body as her own, having modified it in several ways.
There is currently a 500,000 VC reward for information leading to the apprehension of the Traveller, or for the location of her house of debauchery and dissent, known as the Warehouse. The Warehouse is a vile meeting place, for the low- There's no reason to go insulting me, you know.
