Note to self: [Go here] for a handy base converter for all that tricky trinary stuff.

Note to self: Try to calm down and understand that they're not all like that. Not everyone is going to make you want to kill them.

Note to self: Working on Eisenstimmen character concept. Come up with some basic appearance and a personality. Find out what you have to do to request an additional character.

  1. First concept: iron. Lots and lots of iron.
  2. He (yes, he) needs a cigar. A big ol' cigar. Maybe an actual cigar? Maybe just more iron with a superheated tip?
    1. I think I'll go with the latter idea, modified. A wrought-iron cylinder with a superheated coil at the end of it. Debating having anything inside the cylinder that would actually be "smoked".
    2. Maybe it's just heating and releasing vapors that are a bi-product of whatever is inside of him? Maybe some of his machinery is steam-driven, and the cigar just acts as a steam stack/vent?
  3. Clunky. Yes, clunky-looking will be appropriate, but he doesn't necessarily have to move in a clunky fashion, but the look would suffice.
  4. He should probably have a name. So far, I'm liking Sieghard?.
    1. Yeah. I'm sticking with Sieghard?. A character has now been made on the MUCK while I work on the rest of the concept.
  5. I could probably work out a lot by simply doing up a concept sketch; something about me being more of a visual thinker or something.
  6. Speaking of appearance, decide on nature of form. Likely bipedal humanoid form, but considering something just outright golem-ish (think [Dungeons and Dragons v3.5]) or maybe more of a morphic animal shape. Combine?
    1. If I go with a morphic animal concept, I think I'll do something canine. That just seems to fit.
    2. Canine or not, he needs an oversized lower jaw. Yis.
    3. I think I'm going to somewhat mix the two; certainly some looks and parts influenced by an anthropomorphic animal base, but not a direct analogy. Yeah.
      1. This could be done very well with something non-canid. There's a lot of canids around these days. Maybe some kind of rodent? There is a distinct shortage of rats, and rats would make good Eisenstimmen.
      2. (Phys-FM) Hmmm... alright, I can go that route, too. He'd be something of a big, burly rat, but I think I could make that work. I was unaware of a canid glut on the MUCK currently. Thank you for the input!
  7. Make him solid iron through and through, collection of machinery internally or something else (perhaps energy) within an iron hull? Combine the latter two concepts?
    1. I think I'll go with the idea of something else other than just machinery inside. I haven't decided exactly what, perhaps some sort of energy. Maybe just cold!
  8. Here's an idea. Should Sieghard? have any sort of attire, or just be metal with mechanical parts?
    1. How would a collection of metals like brass buttons, copper piping, silver tabs adding up to a total suit. Something like Pulp era old military uniform? - Kosmos

How to request an additional character: get it to a point it's explainable, bring it up in OOC conversation with whichever Function you hang out with the most. Or email it to functionxor at gmail dot com.
- Thank you! Got this taken care of. - Phys-FM
