Clockwork glances sidelong at the Ferret... and draws her full-sensory blazing-modified tasp out, and shoots him... System nods slightly to Besax, then turns back to the rabbit. "Clarify, Lucky, Clockwork?" Besax turns to Clockwork, and closes his eyes, dropping to his knees, his flesh starting to curl. "Just like clockwork," he rasps, before he dies, and falls to his side. Clockwork blinks, and comments to System..." Holy shit! It killed him!" The latent charge of the tasp dances over the smoking-somehow-corpse of Besax, the tentacles still draped from the gash in his loins slowly baking and charring. System focuses on the tasp for a moment. "Perhaps it would be best to avoid using this on organics or quasiorganics..." Clockwork blinks slowly, looking at System. " Yeah... I.. err.... " She glances at the silent killer, then at Besax. " Sorry Guy... um.. no hard feelings. " As if the corpse could still hear. System shakes (her) head. "In any event, it is only Besax." Clockwork ohs softly, and shrugs. " In that case, it doesn't matter." .. She really has no idea who Besax is, besides a fungus-spreading ferret. System states quietly, "He is a sadistic killer. It is hardly as if he deserves overmuch consideration." Clockwork ohs softly, and goes over to Besax and cuts off the fruit of his loins (his tentacles), taking it as indians of old might of taken a scalp from a kill. Clockwork, has no knife, so how she does this is anyone's guess. As Clockwork draws the tentacles from the steaming corpse, they slowly shrivel in his hands, quietly growing diaphanous and crisp until they drift to naught, becoming little more than sugar sculptures before vanishing from existence entirely... |
