There's no doubt that this woman is synthetic. There are visible seams running along her too-smooth skin, tracing the contours and creases of her joints. The coral pink high-heels that add to the length of her legs are built into her feet, and the diaphonous pink stockings reaching up to mid-thigh are attatched to her legs via the seams on the back.
Her face is beautifully sculpted and seamless, but her eyes are mismatched: the right iris is pale grey, and the left is equally-pale jade and fractionally smaller. If one pays close attention, it also seems that her right arm is slightly longer than the left, and her right hand also more slender and long-fingered. Her hair seems authentic enough, at least, with loose waves of platinum blond falling to her shoulder blades.
She is wearing entirely pink, matched to the color of her built-in shoes and stockings. Her sequinned gown is floor-length, but slit along each thigh up to her waist. A second gown, pink silk like her stockings, shows beneath, cut only slightly larger than than the one over it. The straps of both gowns refuse to stay put on her shoulders and hover slackly around the tops of her arms, superfluous to the task of holding up her dress. Opera gloves that match her stockings are scrunched a bit on her arms, forming some elegant folds.
She holds a long, ebony cigarette holder between the fingers of left hand, and smoke drifts up from the lit cigarette with each slow gesture she makes. The scent from it is sweetly herbal; not the smell of tobacco and tar.
Background: Olivia is an antique sex doll, passed down and gradually upgraded over the course of centuries. She developed sentience as an emergent property of her piecemeal computer hardware and stimulus/response heuristic programming. She parted amicably with her last owner several years ago, wanting to try being autonomous for a while.
Character: A synthetic sentient, formerly a sex doll. She doesn't seem to have eschewed this aspect of her origins; her clothing generally has touches of film noir and fetish aesthetics, matching nicely with her movie-star looks and loose blonde curls. Her mannerisms are quiet and sensual, owing to her programming and design, which she hasn't altered much even since becoming self-aware. She is very, very old, even if she's only had volition for a tiny fraction of what she considers her lifespan.

Her body is in many ways lacking compared to a biological one of similar shape and mass. Her design is centered around ease of repair/replacement and resilience to damage. She's not strong or fast, has no autorepair function, no shapechanging ability. Mostly an ambulatory fetish doll with very few whistles and bells.
