:"Slowly turning? Hardly. You became a character not too long after our small conversation, when the player exited and you remained; your "transformation" is merely a device your player is using to justify playing you more often. I must give credit to him as well as my Lady in seeing to it that my fears were unjustified. That being the case, I wish you good fortune in asserting your continued existence.
Even if I do rather miss Nikolai." -GrayZero
:What, this is public? Oh, crud. Um... *jedihandwave* There are no such things as players. You can go about your business.

Self-insertion Supreme

He is a threat to narrative integrity. He is an experiment of self-insertion. He is a parody of fourth wall breaking--actually, sixth wall, going by the personal theories on that page.

He is the result of Nikolai's manipulation of the energies of the Subjectivity Distortion Generator to merge all his fellow emergent properties into one single gestalt.

He is me. On the muck. Yes.

It's rude. It's breaking rules. It's silly. It's very Meta. It's...too much fun. :-}

The conversion is underway...I am becoming a character more and more every day...

Original Description

A mid-height human male, in his mid-twenties in age. He has brown hair, a moustache and a goatee. Small oval glasses with thick lenses are set on his nose, and he has a necklace with a tiny lapis lazuli stone around his neck.

He is wearing a large white shirt with 'PUC' on the front, and some plaid pajama-bottom pants, and no shoes or socks. Hanging around his neck is a pair of large headphones with the end of the wire neatly sliced off. He might sometimes be carrying a useless computer keyboard, its own wire terminating in a ragged edge.

For once, here's a human that doesn't look lost at being here. He seems to almost expect all the weirdness of the Mess.

New Desc

A 5'10" human, mid-twenties in age. Ve has brown hair shaded very light, and vis face is currently smooth, making him seem younger. Small oval glasses with thick lenses are set on vis nose, and ve has a necklace with a lapis lazuli stone around vis neck.

Ve is currently wearing no shirt, displaying a smooth hairless chest. It's not very toned at all, verging somewhere between masculine and feminine. Ve wears some dark blue lounge pants slung very low on vis strangely slender hips, just enough to highlight the line below the waist. Ve is otherwise barefoot, and carries an archaic computer keyboard slung over one shoulder by a loop in its cable. Around vis neck there's a pair of large comfy headphones that occasionally leak faint music, and a white plastic collar that appears seamless.

Something's different about vim. Ve doesn't seem to be from around here, and yet ve already seems to know everyone.

New New Desc

After being shrunken, then made back to normal size but kissed by a CatToy, I ended up turning into a feline.

A 5 foot tall anthro feline in vis mid-twenties. Ve has fine short blue fur, nearly black in color. A lighter color of fur rings both vis grey eyes almost like glasses. Ve wears a stone of lapis lazuli on a necklace, as well as a white plastic collar that appears seamless.

Ve wears only a pair of dark lounge pants with a long slim tail poking out from the rear. The tail swishes around at random, its slender pointed tip twitching from side to side. A slightly lighter shade of blue fur runs from under his chin to vanish into the pants' waistline. Vis build is slender but doesn't seem to indicate either masculine or feminine gender.

The keyboard I carry is my keyboard from my computer. I can speak in the Mess normally, but I'm often wiggling my fingers to do so. I can hear OOC comments, but require typing on the keyboard to reply to them. Apparently the keyboard is the link to non-human functions in the mess. I don't know what happens when it's taken away. Or for that matter if my fingers are made totally immobile.

This could be an interesting trip. At the least, it's spawned an interesting advantage. When I die, I'll still be in the Puzzlebox, since I'm backed up there now. Yeah, isn't that cool? I'm the first that I know of to download my self here. It'll be fun.

It might not last long. I feel the emergents trying to break back into in-characterness. But dammit, I'm going to enjoy myself while I can.

Already I've been hit by a gender-changing ray gun, and instead of a gender I got a lack of one. Basically, androgynous. See the newer desc above.

And turned feline. Also see above.

I'm slowly turning into a character...I might even forget who I used to be. This might be good...or it might not.

Another note: being an OOC character forced to be IC is difficult. :-} One tries very hard to not give out too much meta-info.

"Chris makes my baby jesus cry. It's bad enough trying to think like a lightning bolt, But thinking like a lightning bolt while having an in character ooc'er just about breaks my ability to think straight(or lopsided as the case likely is with PBX." - Clockwork's Player
Don't worry, you'll get used to it. Or you'll break in an interesting manner. -- Echo

o/`I ate his keyboard, but I did not gulp the player down o/` --Clockwork singing to the tune of "I shot the sherif"
So ve told me. I helped vim instantiate a replacement, though what he did with it freaked me out more than a little... -Kayle
I'm trying really hard not to break the universe. Er...more than I already broke it in coming here. Honest! --Chris
