UpSea and UpBeach

• No beach but an underwater domed city/sector (add a transit system stop?). Think aquaria/Sea World.

• Underwater kelp farms, with the seaweed arranged in neat rows and tended by submarine droids (Fresh seagreens and proteins from the sea!)

• Beta Sector already has several rivers and lakes mentioned in the desc; perhaps some of these could tie in?
