Orange evening sky, expanses of glass and towering pyramids. Welcome to Delta Sector. You stand at the base of an enormous pyramid, the base edge cut vertically to form the Quick-Transit System station and composed of a glass-like material; the surface is highly reflective and can be seen through, but the refraction rate makes everything past an arm's length depth appear blurred and warped. Touching it brings up a holographic <display> with directions and help, complete with navigation arrows and virtual paths. Glancing around you can see quite a few of these light yellow strips strown around, guiding visitors to their destinations. The sector itself feels like being inside a library, with hardly a sound above the murmur of those around you and a quiet swish of another holographic path extending towards an unknown destination. Your footsteps sound strangely muted beneath you, the combined glass and metal ground bereft of ornamentation past simple curves and triangle shapes the two materials form. Just beyond the station the ground dips under, creating the impression of someone cutting a large hemisphere right out of the terrain. An unsupported metallic strip stretches across the chasm, both its and the hemisphere's edges glowing a dim yellow. You see a child hushed by embarassed parents as it throws itself with excited yelps against the edge again and again, the air above the yelow edge shimmering, pushing back to safety; an upside-down pyramid drone hurries to calm the ruckus, its facets glinting as it spins round its axis. By the pyramid base, you see the Quick-<Transit> System entrance. Far off in the distance, the <Otissa> pyramid towers over its neighbor buildings. Contents: Grand Museum Gateway - Upwarp Variant
