Description

This may have once been a sunny public park, but now seems only severe
and anaesthetic: hard gray concrete at sharp angles below, hard black
starless sky above.  On all sides, and upward seemingly into infinity,
the area is filled with an asymmetrical maze of silvery pipes set at odd
angles, leaving just enough space to move around.  They vibrate rapidly
to the touch.
     In the centre of the park is a dead dry fountain, in which lies a
humongous throbbing brain, dark oxygenless-blood blue with spots of
glowing red.  The piping both issues forth from, and cages in, the
brain.  Occasionally you can hear faint whispers of static issuing
forth; listen close enough to its [Message] and you might even make out
snatches of speech.
     At one end of the park, the piping becomes more orderly, merging
into plates of smooth sheet metal.  In that direction is <UpWarp>.  At
the opposite end, the piping becomes more cluttered, dripping oil and
unknown other liquids.  That way lies [StrangeWarp].
