There are seven bells created by
Echo, one for each
Warp and one for
Puzzle Park. There's even a
plot associated with them.
Note that as with any physical object, the bells can be stolen and/or duplicated to any desirable degree. If you want one, you can have one; it's the originals specifically made by Echo which are in limited quantity. One has already been destroyed, but perhaps it can be remade. Perhaps it has been already.
- OOC NOTE: "As creator of the bells, I'd just like to mention that I've been letting other players define their properties, and that these definitions may be subjective. So it depends on who *has* the bell as to what the bell can do. Just so arguments don't break out later over whether a given bell has a given property or ability." -- Echo
bell case
This is a box of light cherry wood, its top carved with the words "Sing Clear As A Bell". The case has a pair of simple latches on its front, and wooden handles on either side. When opened, one can see that the interior is lined with blue velvet, dimpled with places for seven objects of various shapes.
Within are often found
- A LuvMe bell
- A buzz egg
- A Precise Tintinnabulum
- A perfect bell
- A tempting shiny rattle
- An Ancient chime
- A simple sphere
The LuvMe bell
This heart-shaped chime of gold and crystal spends much of its time suspended in midair. When shaken, it rings brightly, giving off a gentle, comforting warmth.
The buzz egg
This white smooth-coated ovoid spends its unattended time floating in midair. When shaken or squeezed, it buzzes in random patterns, pretty colors traversing its surface.
The Precise Tintinnabulum
This polished steel dodecahedron spends much of its time in midair. When shaken, it plays an engaging twelve-note arpeggio of pure tones, each face emitting a soft light as it rings.
The perfect bell
This perfect miniature bell spends much of its time placed in midair. When shaken, it rings brightly as a small bell should do.
The tempting shiny rattle
This is a nickel-chrome sphere with cutouts in its surface, allowing looks at the steel beads trapped inside. When shaken, it rattles noisily, then juts sudden cactus-fine needles from its surface.
The Ancient chime
This dented bell of aluminum with scratched copper chasing spends much of its time hanging cockeyed in midair. When shaken, it rings slightly off-key, giving off a restful sensation of patient decay.
The simple sphere
This unadorned sphere of apparently translucent crystal spends much of its time located in midair. When shaken, a gyroscopic action within lights up and spins, causing multicolored wheels to whir about a yellow-gold center, imitating the orerry of Puzzle Park.
