It's hard to say where Billes came into being, because he doesn't ever think about it. Whether he was genetically engineered, whether he's just an illusion, whether he was transformed into what he is now by some happenstance, all that is irrelevant. What remains is what he is. He is a toy, or sibling, or pet (or any combination of these), he is biological, and he belongs to everyone. He's not quite used to that last part yet. |

Billes is very nice and polite because he's made to be. He doesn't feel quite confident in his own abilities, which primarily consist of his ability to divide into exactly two copies (one for each of the twins he once belonged to and ran away from), inflating his body into a lop-sided ball, and he's also fairly stretchy, though he can't control that in any real way. He also has no grasp of the instantiation system, though it's presumed he's backed up somewhere. OOC InfoBilles is my attempt to get reacquainted with the MUCK with a character that will fit in and be leisurely to play. His role as a character will no doubt shift, and his history drift, and his personality and business change a lot, as time goes on. With my other characters, I felt like I was forcing them out. I want playing Billes to feel natural and comfortable. I'll likely be trying him out in a variety of roles and with a variety of personalities until I find one that works. Once I get him down to something that I feel comfortable playing, only then am I going to take him out for a spin. - Mind Not Found Roles for Billes * Toy: difficult, since both I and by connection Billes have too much of an ego. But fun, I bet, on occasion. * Pet: also difficult for the same reason, but this hasn't really been tried out yet. Ditto, fun, but only on occasion. * Sibling: difficult as well, but this time only because the situation hasn't been brought up yet. * Clown or jester: fairly easy. I'll have to aim for this one a bit more. A sort of public entertainer. It meshes with the idea I had of him "belonging to everyone". * Lover: really hard. I have a bad habit of making characters with no genitals. * Any other suggestions for roles can go here, if you have them. |
