Something has changed again. Interactions with the locals perked memories within the player and one faithful night he remembered that he was once a living being. Terrified he fled to the Strange Warp and tossed himself into the virus trying to find answers to his new existence. It was there he had his second rebirth. Now a wholly digital being he has found a new lease on his artificial life. He shall be the player and honor his previous self’s love of the game. He finds himself a Hemotopian in service to Lord Morgan’s court. While not sure of his place in the Art War he knows he is a hero and will win out in the end. So he readies himself the next battle and saves often.

Player1

Description: Default

Striding forth in all his electronic glory is Player1. Once a living canine of unknown breed he died in a virtual game ages ago. Now reborn from the chrysalis of his zombified remains and given digital shape by the Strange virus. He stands a fine 6 foot tall, a toned and well muscled polygon dog. His virtual nature is hard to tell at first, but the eerie perfection of his movements and how objects rez and derez in around him is a dead giveaway.

His muzzle is a fine line hinting at wolven ancestry. Sharp neon blue eyes take in the world looking for powerups, goodies, and enemies. He is dressed sharply in a long blue jumpsuit with gold piping now done up to look something very like a dress uniform. Around his collar and down his back is a long white cloak with sharp golden trimming. Adorning his left shoulder is a patch in yellow and silver highlight in the shape of a sword.

His paws are bare, but that seems natural. Swaying from his hip is a solid piece of Strange virus. The Strange Sword is a wicked weapon given to him at his moment of rebirth. It adapts to whatever play environment he is currently in and seems to be the source of much of his viral powers. Otherwise, he shimmers with lights and various status messages as he moves about his day. The ultimate player.

What he was...

Player1 had a name. It's gone now. What are left are fragments of memories that fade in and out as he dies and is reborn digitally every so often. Long ago, he found a place where one can play games of such realism and quality that it seemed real. Little did he know that this plane of existence, this game space was very much real and had twisted ways of influencing its players. He played, played well, and grew in confidence and happiness, not wanting to leave the game at all. Then one horrible moment his dream came true. He died, so real was the game, but as in all game there is always a continue, a way to keep playing. So it was he was reborn, a new creation of this gameverse, trapped to battle endless foes, dying and dying endlessly. Loosing himself in the loop of the game.

Player1 is free, but he doesn't know it yet. Somehow, the Strange virus contacted this horrid other space he was trapped in and started consuming parts of it functions into itself. Reborn again, this time in new flesh he steps out into Strange Warp treating it as just another battlezone. The Strange answering the game's requirements throw countless of it's minions against him. His prowess and immortality allowing him to cut them down and escape to the Puzzle Park...another level. We pick up our story from here. As it stands the Strange keeps him alive and gives him 'foes' to fight. He treats the others as NPCs and prompts them for more missions and items. It will take time for his mind to adapt to other expectations.

A hero for all seasons...systems! What he is now!

Player1 once had a name, once had a life outside the games. But that is all gone now. He entered a simulation game ages ago, the best of its kind. Little did he know it had power over its players. The power to alter and influence its players. And play he did, often and well. Then one time in a very pitched battle the game asserted itself and he lost, badly. He died that day. However, the game had its hooks in him and wouldn’t let go. It brought him back to life a zombie of the play mechanics of that universe. His memories and living self slowly was worn away from each game to game and he delved deeper into that virtual universe. Then one day everything changed. The Strange Virus invaded and consumed the Game, and with it the zombified player. He was drawn into the Mess to play out the Strange Game twisted requirements. Killing foes, gaining power ups, etc. The whole time oblivious to the real new world he was within.

While not sure of his place in the Art War he knows he is a hero and will win out in the end. So he readies himself the next battle and saves often.

He enjoys toying with the virtual and real lives he lives. And now a sexual being again, he explores experiences once lost to him through years of undead existence. It’s good to be the Player!

Faction

None - He fells that his goal in life to help others and rediscover himself can not be tied down to one faction as this time.
