Description
A picturesque view of green rolling hills and wide open sky, but in the shape of an anthropomorphic snow leopard. Sincerity looks as if a section of an old movie screen had just gotten up and walked away, with the movie still playing. Bright flowers glisten with early morning dew, and dozens of butterflies flit among them -- occasionally one will flutter out of his body and he'll laugh and chase it, or just smile (pleasantly fucked on whatever amusing psychoactive he's glanding this week) leaving the scanlined projection to flit away trailing sprinkles of stray pixels.
Closer inspection reveals surface detail; bright golden eyes, darker rosette patterns barely visible, and fuzzy edges that reveal the illusion is just that, projected through optical fur. He seems friendly enough in casual conversation (occasionally projecting shimmering, pixellated smilies when he speaks), though he's more often glanding than not, so intelligent conversation is not one of his strong suits. In many ways, he's a stereotypical hippy on the ultimate trip.
Character
Adaptive, glowy, slightly fuzzy around the edges, he's a typical feline anomaly. Generally amiable, often charming, perhaps even cute, or quaint in mannerism. On the (potentially) negative side, he can be quite detached and unempathic. Growing up with the comfort of standard Mess backups, memory editing, and instantiation has given him something of an 'Undo button' mentality whereby bad things can just be rewound or neatly excised. This manifests both as an occasional unwillingness to interfere with other citizens' personal dramas, or the complete opposite with almost kamikaze abandon.

Notes
- Drug glands are shamelessly cribbed from Iain M. Banks, of course, but since he doesn't technically have a blood-stream, it's more of a pleasant fictional equivalent. Sincerity has sweated drugs before and more than one person has gotten an amusingly literal "contact high" from him.
- Sincerity is playful or lazy, or both. Past exploits have seen him sneaking around Downwarp and stealing old-tech nuclear accelerators from grumpy old shamans because they make pretty light shows, so he's hardly the sharpest tool in the box, but he's neither stupid nor malicious, even when he's being mischievous.
- He delights in the new and obscure, and is therefore stereotypically curious. Sometimes he does or plays with things that probably shouldn't be possible, but who really cares if he falls asleep on a nexus mirror blob instead of falling through it? It's a character trait, not a statement of power.
- Sincerity's been around The Mess for ages, you just haven't noticed him until now. You really ought to pay more attention. Unless you have noticed him. In which case, never mind! He most identifies with Downwarp, though you're more likely to meet him elsewhere.
