The toymakers' underlying factional principles are as yet unknown.
The Toymakers faction was founded by Darkon. Darkon recruited the first engineers and built the massive Toymaker Labs complex.
On Darkon's death, she willed the Labs (and many understand, the leadership of the faction) to three individuals. These individuals; Schizzy, Frostbyte and Silverrain assumed leadership as a triad, though Silverrain did not wish to direct the Labs and Beast? stepped in to fill the third position some time later.
It is known that most Toymaker engineers are under significant mind control whenever they are working for the Labs and possibly outside of that time as well.
Conversions in to (non-bubbledoll) toys are preformed at Toymaker Labs on all willing volunteers.
