* It seems that William, after being killed in Strange, was indeed backed up - and returned. However, his last backup was the one that System tricked him into. It's quite old (See Frostbyte Finds, above), and while this William is not infected, he also has few memories of the whirlwind life he lead prior to conversion by Tiskel.
