Monochromatic except for the silver reflecting of everything where it shows through her fur, and the artificial dynamically bright intentionally myopic glowing-to-nearly-black ranging eyes, this Striped Hyena seems to touch on a few extremes. Pure black stripes, consistent, meaningful, but still random and unique patterns mottle her body, broken by a solid covering over her paws, and partway down her limbs of the same. As a stripy, she looks distinctly smaller, more angular and pointed than her spotted hyena counterparts, and can easily be differentiated between them by even a layman.
Stripes fade on her front, pure white fur encroached on from the sides but not touched, and grow thicker, deeper on the longer fur of her back, her wispy mane. The fur glistens with silver below the surface here and there, metal reaching the surface, though its nature tends to be obscured by the thick covering. Longer white fur between her ears constitutes her hair, spiking towards her back, eventually leading all the way down to the tip of her midlength chrome-metal at tailbase wispy furred hyena tail.
Along her back are a series of jacks, electrical input/output, nanobiologic input/output, media input/output, who knows exactly - they're not _labeled_. They're just big enough to be plain through the fur, most embedded right into vertebrae and very solidly based in her, along with a number of broken and frayed wires which provide an artificial copper in a few spots amongst her mane. Her hip seems to have seams for a panel of some sort, one of her ankles seems to be surrounded by silver and seams, her arms, her front, her claws, everything has something that's been carved up and hooked in, it seems, though its rarely clear. The back of her head, below her hair, seem the deepest jacks of all, perhaps for braintape copying and storage? Most of it seems antique by Puzzlebox standards, and not much of it is working, either.
Her black muzzle conceals an impressive set of well maintained teeth, most of them silver at the base and pure enamel at the top, though a few are silver all the way through. The upper right canine is missing presently, or at least, nine-tenths of it. There's still a little jagged bone at the bottom, but for all intents and purposes, she's got a fully lopsided grin. Tall ears would make her significantly higher than her 5'10" or so, but she's not counting them! She's not broad, but she's not a waif either, a strong, solid, angular body, simply feminine, all just about right, from the curve of hips to the warm swell of bosom.
She's currently wearing a pair of glasses, the rims long rusted and faded, having left marks on her dark muzzle, and making her glowing green eyes look rather big and focused. Embedded through the holes drilled in her left arm is a brand new grapple system, copper and white silver, a pleasant teardrop curve with a magnetic hook, either grasping or catching by the attractive forces she might find. This hyena has no relationship with the plain of gravity - so her grapple is prized, and well taken care of, lovingly kept shiny while other bits of her metal have corroded and left rust in her fur here and there.
A medical robe is the entire remainder of her outfit, Lysette having no real wardrobe since her old suit was cut from her. It flows oddly, freed from gravity by resting so close to her, hiding her by virtue of its billowy sheet like nature. It has a couple of front pockets over her chest, a saving grace for functionality, as its not the best outfit for her particular state to retain modesty.
Background: Lysette is a former medical engineer from a starsystem that lost all gravity! Well, it wasn't that it was always that way - that's why she's here now, though. She right there when the plain of gravity got violated, too - part of the medical team on the planetoid being tested out as a colony ship, to which they were going to break the field of gravity from, and drift it off from her home planet freely through her solar system. The test shattered the physics of the whole system, and everything from her planet to her star itself dissipated into a vast nebula - she was lucky to be in her suit, and not crushed by random debris. She's drifted all the way to Puzzlebox, landing in Puzzle Park, reanimated when her suit 'woke up' upon the discovery of oxygen!
Character: A Striped Hyena filled with half working cybernetic implants and a bit of nano-technology all to keep her sound in Zero-Gravity environments, and to allow anachronistic (for Puzzlebox) brain tape access and collection, among other things! She was an engineer in a race that had become specialized with fooling around in gravity negation fields, and had been planning long term colonization of surrounding stars and worlds before their.. dissipation. She's malfunctioning by in large, just from sheer age (she _drifted_ here from how many light years away?!), but her body seems to be otherwise sound, and her mind sharp enough to be intensely curious, enough to shadow the loss of everything she's known before by replacing it with new wonders..!

HomeWarp: Homeless Hyena! Well, she's staying in an Amberfield with Kehari, which is really nice, though! Maybe she'll live there ultimately, maybe not? She doesn't know any of the warps yet, even the one she's in!
Preference: What will be ICly will be! If it happens naturally, it should happen, regardless where it takes me - its most fun that way, so don't be afraid to do, well, _exactly_ what's natural, regardless! She won't be angry, she'll be happy! OOCly, at least!
TechLevel: Lysette has an odd technological dimorphism - Very advanced in the realms of biotechnology, cybernetic implants and other modifications, and anything to do with gravity manipulation, though that's not her field. Much like humans discovering the Atomic Bomb almost as a fluke compared to the normal time scale of things, her planet discovered anti-gravity as a similar fluke! Thus, technology developed quickly in that direction, while other fields were behind in a natural progression. To cope with weightlessness, the biotechological fields advanced quickly, and Lysette is healthy because of it, despite being now perpetually weightless!
Gravity:
> Lysette has been knocked off the plane of gravity, like everything else in her home system. She drifted for _who knows how long_ to get here, bodysuit reactivating when it encountered an atmosphere again. She was lucky enough not to skip off and end up back in space! Nothing that affects gravity, or involves gravity, affects this striped hyena. She's a bit of a physics anomaly that way. It makes getting around an adventure, but it seems to be a fun one!

Altis is going to give a gift to Kehari at some point, and Lysette is going to decide what it is! Oh, she's pretty neat, too!
Untitled saved her when she drifted in, and Sel recovered her helmet! She's not gotten to see much of Sel, but Untitled and her have grown very close, for so many reasons..
Grey has been a mystery to her, but really interesting.. Slight has talked a lot about things she doesn't know.
Sweet William was fixed by Lysette, and he told her the truth about himself.. She has to write him a card.. She has a place in the Library, afterall! She shared ice cream with him, too.. so complex, the feelings now, though.. She gave him a Library Card, L for Lysette!
Phoenix has all sorts of neat information about biological and related stuff for her, plus he's really nice! She likes him a lot! She really wants to spend more time with him.. he gave her the most wonderful dreams..
Grace is very different, but very much alike Lysette! She's shared more with her than anyone else, and is the first.. well, perhaps she's not an individual, maybe she is! But she's the first one who ever jacked into her! She also made Lysette a wonderful dress.. ((Which she needs to desc!))
Trilogee and Galahad seem to make a cute pair together! She considers both of them friends now. The biologist/enginner in her is very interested in Trilogee for some reason! Plus, she helpped fix her batteries, and introduced her to Drugs! And worried, now, too, after watching an incident with her, Nikolai, and Neg of the Strange Medical Corps. In fact, more incidents have come, and more than a little worry! See the logs!
Mel seems sullen.. but she gave him her old pair of eyes. Hopefully it will be helpful to him!
Besax gave her a tentacle, which she now keeps!
And Torque has drawn her curiosity, being so metal-mixed and cute! He's really nice! He made her a wave-to-energy converter, which her player needs to desc as an object properly! It works wonderfully. There's some suggestion that she take him out on a date some time.. she's going to, she thinks! <3 ~And, together, they've decided that they're family! Brother and sister!
Flyte has become a good friend in a relatively short time.. She's a good friend of Kehari, after all, and the trust follows through through the three. The Flyer has helped her a lot with her issues, mostly involving addiction as of late!
GrayZero has been one to open up to her, after a moment of pain for both of them. Lysette feels she can genuinely talk to the illusionary vulpine, and in that, she is more real than so many others. Echo, who also had a moment of anger in this time period, has also now spoken to the Space Hyena. Its been a good thing so far. *wag*
Zee has been making Lysette a rocket! She wants to race it on the zipways with her soon. Won't it be so nice when things are cleared up again, and she can dance through the air with the Star Lemur? Zee is so Crash!
Desmond may be a friend. She would love to think so, on some levels. On others, she's been told to be wary of this memeber of the Architects Of The Future.. but, for now, its very cordial.

Recently, the Architects through Desmond Manners, their local office president, has sold sabina to her and Kehari, the black vixen retaining the majority stake, as the cute armless kitty has been delegated as her responsibility except when Lysette steps in!
