Sleek, smooth, and direct. That's how Aeysh's androgynous martenlike form looks at a glance. He's around six feet tall, but he'd be taller if it wasn't for that constant, relaxed slouch he's got. The skull's musteline in appearance, but with a slightly swept-back flavor that looks more like how a mustelid's head might look if it was carefully designed to cause the least air-resistance possible. The mostly-marten's ears are a little more pointed than would be usual, too. Large mismatched eyes, one a blue that ranges from ice-pale to night dark, the other anything between deepest green to a pastel turquoise, are slanted and almond shaped, framed in black.
His limbs are much longer than might be 'proper' for a mustelid, but then again given the ubiquity of biosculpting and body modification, it's probably not too surprising. His fur's particularly striking, a translucent white most of the time, that changes color seemingly at random, but usually it's a gentle pulse from pale to dark, over and over in lazy bands that travel from nose to tailtip. The hide beneath, when visible, is a dark brown that approaches black. Longer than usual, like his limbs, is his tail, which has the ability to appear slim and sleek when the fur lies flat, or to be lushly thick when the strands stand on end.
The guy's wearing an antiquated sun-visor in magenta-colored plastic to keep his carefully unkempt hair out of his eyes, as well as a wrapping of shiny plastic in the same cheery hue across his slim upper body. There are matching bands of synthetic material over both biceps, making a single band if he stands at attention -- which he doesn't. Sometimes, a metallic glint might be seen around the fur of his neck, and a glossy black ring rests at his breastbone, held in place by a fine metallic chain. A pair of black, low-slung briefs are visible under a pair of stiffened fishnet flared pants, woven in black and silver polycarbons that pool across the tops of his heavy, many-buckled boots. His tail hangs over the back of both, rather than having holes to be pulled through.
Once-sharp, but definitely blunted. Aeysh seems slow-moving, laid back, casual. Sometimes though, there's a flurry of activity and attention that seems out of place. He's normally fairly blase, but there's something about him that craves more than he has. The mostly-marten doesn't seem to have any aims beyond experience, enjoyment, and meeting new people. In fact, the the point that there seems to be nothing sinister about his existance from backup to backup is probably the most sinister thing about him.
Aeysh seems to flit between social groups without much pattern, he might be looking for fast-paced extreme action with the Zips one time he's encountered, some complex, overblown and decadent coupling with a few Bonobians the next, or perhaps asking where he might find the newest hangout for the Imperatives so he can plug in, tune in, and drop out along with them. Given the range of places he likes to chill, he could be anywhere, looking for anyone, or any group of people. Down and Strange seem to be a couple of places he gravitates to, though his dressing in junkrags for a jaunt around Top or being cheerily drab in Charm has also been catalogued somewhere, by something.
The lazily moving bands of darker color on his fur are pressure sensative, and can be manipulated by people to disrupt the pattern, or to create a new one. The amount of sensitivity is subject to the martenish's control. He can stop them if he wants, or make them sensitive enough to be manipulated by blowing against his fur.
In short, he doesn't keep to himself much. If he's walking towards someone, he probably wants to talk. Or poke at them. Or maybe just check out their butt(s).
Aeysh has a toy. Companion. Plaything. Object d'Art. Lover?
Whatever it is, it's orange. And magenta. It's about the size of his head usually, and translucent. He plays with it a lot, bouncing it off of the nearest hard surfaces 'to charge it up', molding it into new shapes, or occasionally letting it go goopy and roam all over his body. Sometimes, it'll even try and crawl all over someone the martenish likes. It definitely has a mind of its own sometimes, but it's also solidly 'Aeysh', should anyone investigate. Regardless, it's sometimes lazy, sometimes hyperactive, usually annoying and always playful. It doesn't eat people either, but given the right stimulus, it'll have a good attempt at it.
Aeysh has a place he calls his own, though it seems hard to find. He's also made comments about how sometimes, he wakes up in a different place to where he fell asleep. He's been observed wriggling into places that seem to have no real value, only to disappear completely if followed. Odd, that.
Number-dawg -- Aeysh and the husky have spent a great deal of time together, and the mostly-marten's even given the dog a gift of sorts as a token of... something. If they're in the same general area, it's a good bet that they'll gravitate towards each other.
Jade (Hydra/Psi) -- This entity gave Aeysh a gift of sorts, a sculpture of not-light that has no right to exist by the laws of common geometry. But when did that ever matter? The martenthing's a little apprehensive about what this means, given the omninous tones of 'she will come to collect' that've never really been borne out.
Maichirona -- The centaur and the meta-mustelid are friendly, even affectionate. They've been known to go for rides (in the traditional man-on-a-horse's-back way), and talk to each other about problems and thoughts. Aeysh seems a little protective at times, probably due to Maichirona's generally confused demeanor.
Lunaria -- Aeysh is working on producing a set of soberly colorful plastic inserts for Luna's chromed sections that can be switched out, mixed and matched, to give her a number of alternate looks should she feel the need. They talk a lot, and though Aeysh seems unnerved by the Machine Graveyard, hanging out in the nearby Forge club is more than acceptable.
Kasuri -- More could be said here, but the colorful cacomistle's meant to be a secret, isn't she?
ibael -- After one encounter ended with the mostly-marten being, for want of a better term, torn up for his boots, he's guarded around the spider, but seems stangely enamored of her somehow. Or maybe he's just being polite.
Nerezza? -- They've spoken, and he seems to enjoy her company, though some of her more complex philosophical points make him smile and nod a little.
System -- This is a tricky one. Aeysh is alternately friendly, and borderline antagonistic with the probe, though he's been known to trade important information with [it].
(Feel free to toss any you might like in here. I forget who started this off!)
"So, it bounces, it gloops, it collects, it cleans... are there any other features it posseses?" --Number-dawg, on the goop-ball.
"It doesn't talk back, and it always burns brownies," --Aeysh, in response.
